KVKK Information Notice

This Information Notice has been prepared within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation”. BİLİMSEL NÖRALTERAPİ VE REGÜLASYON DERNEĞİ, established pursuant to Law No. 5253 on Associations and headquartered at “Hakkı Yeten Cad. Vital Fulya Plaza No:23 Kat:4 Fulya/Şişli /İstanbul”, processes your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the KVKK.

The personal data you have shared with BİLİMSEL NÖRALTERAPİ VE REGÜLASYON DERNEĞİ is processed for the purposes of: fulfilling obligations relating to association membership and other arrangements within the framework of Law No. 5253 on Associations, the Associations Regulation and other applicable legislation; carrying out activities related to the purpose of the association pursuant to the procedures and principles set out in the by-laws of BİLİMSEL NÖRALTERAPİ VE REGÜLASYON DERNEĞİ; enabling you, as an association member, to benefit from the association’s facilities, services and events as well as special campaigns and promotions offered to association members, and informing you accordingly; announcements and information regarding the association on social media; member relations; communication and cooperation among association members and the handling of request and complaint processes; carrying out financial and accounting operations; carrying out communication activities; and providing information to authorized institutions as required by the relevant legislation.

The aforementioned personal data you have shared with BİLİMSEL NÖRALTERAPİ VE REGÜLASYON DERNEĞİ may also be shared, in accordance with the relevant legislation, with authorized public institutions and organizations (such as the General Directorate for Relations with Civil Society, the Association Information System and similar bodies), or, for the purposes listed above, with private law entities, business partners and suppliers. BİLİMSEL NÖRALTERAPİ VE REGÜLASYON DERNEĞİ may process and store your personal data on servers or other electronic media located within or outside of Turkey, provided that the necessary security measures are taken and your explicit consent is obtained.

Your personal data may be obtained by BİLİMSEL NÖRALTERAPİ VE REGÜLASYON DERNEĞİ through different channels (directly from you through the forms you have filled in during the Association Membership Application, or transmitted by a third party or institution in connection with your membership application). Your personal data is collected and processed for the purposes set out in this notice and on the basis of the following legal grounds: pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2, subparagraph (a) of the KVKK, where explicitly provided for by law; pursuant to subparagraph (c), where the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of that contract; pursuant to subparagraph (ç), where it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation; pursuant to subparagraph (e), where data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right; and, pursuant to subparagraph (f) of the same paragraph, where processing is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject; as well as on the cases set out in laws within the scope of Article 6, paragraph 3 of the KVKK, and on your explicit consent. Your personal data is retained for the period required by legal obligations or for the period permitted under the relevant legislation, in accordance with applicable law.

You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK to BİLİMSEL NÖRALTERAPİ VE REGÜLASYON DERNEĞİ in writing, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK and the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller”, or through the other methods set out in that communiqué.
